THINGS TO KNOW Guests must use their own accounts to access smart TV streaming. The fireplace is operational and remote-controlled. Washer and dryer units are available for use. The exterior stairs to access this vacation rental are very steep and may not be well-suited for those with mobility concerns. This property is managed by Property Manager New Mexico LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
