Completely restored and renovated, this 1889 antique Victorian mansion can be the dream destination for you and your loved ones. Wander into town to discover local eateries (just steps from Red’s Eats, Maine’s best lobster roll!), boutique shops, antiquing, arts, entertainment, and an array of family-friendly attractions. The historic town of Wiscasset is fondly known as the "prettiest village in Maine," and walking around and taking pictures is a dream come true for history buffs - be sure to explore the "Museum in the Streets" walking tour.
Inside you’ll find a bright interior filled with natural light and new kitchen appliances, as well as a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Enjoy spacious rooms, delightful architecture, and a sprinkle of history among the modern upgrades. The chef of your group will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the fully updated kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a massive floating island breakfast bar, and all the space you need to maneuver. Around the corner from the formal dining room is a full walk-in pantry with a wine rack and wet bar. For those who need to stay connected, there are four work-from-home spaces, complete with desks, chairs, and monitors. The bathrooms have been fully remodeled and upscaled to boast luxurious walk-in showers. The main bedroom is exquisite with unbeatable views, ample space for personal effects, and an en suite bathroom.
Kids and adults can enjoy open landscaping perfect for lawn games and outdoor entertaining, fire pit included. In the basement, there is a Peloton for a quick workout and a Ping-Pong table for hours of family fun. At the end of the day, observe the north Atlantic sunset from the front wrap-around deck and watch the stars come out on either of the other two spacious decks off of the kitchen.
