It’s a gorgeous, 30-minute drive to Stoneman Lake, and enchanting Sedona lies about 45 minutes south - but with such a lovely, private property to call home, you may not venture out much. Begin the day with coffee and birdsong on the large flagstone patio. Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home - and then some. Soaring, wood-paneled ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, enormous picture windows, and plenty of room to spread out make this the perfect place to kick back with friends and family. The chef will have no trouble keeping everyone fed with the full, well-equipped kitchen, and the whole gang can dine together at the adjacent table. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
