The home can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults, with the large main living area featuring large windows that look out onto the beautiful lake. Keep cool during the summer months with the reverse cycle air conditioning in the living area, whilst in the winter months you will be feeling warm and cozy if you light the slow combustion fireplace. Relax on the comfortable lounge suite and watch the large screen wall mounted TV. Cook up an intimate meal for four in the well-appointed kitchen with the electric oven and gas hotplates and all the kitchen pans and utensils including a Nespresso coffee machine. No detail has been left out in the kitchen, with a solid concrete island bench, hidden refrigerator and the most modern and up-to-date appliances. The house features 2 large bedrooms, both of which have ensuites and King-sized beds. Both ensuites have large open showers, with the master ensuite also boasting a beautiful free-standing bath. Everything has been thought of in the house. You can relax outside on the polished-stone patio overlooking the lake, have a sunset BBQ or even enjoy a hot outdoor shower when you return from the beach. Wi-Fi is included. There is even an electric Tesla charging station if you happen to be bringing your electric Tesla car on holidays with you! Koorabin is one of two identical houses at Artisan (Koorabin & Gunyulgup). The surrounding area is rich with art galleries and wineries. Book a massage or yoga class close with Ann at the neighbouring Alchemy www.alchemybodyandsoul.com Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months. If you require firewood at other times of the year, it can be purchased at local service stations and hardware stores. Please note that this property has unfenced access to deep water. Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year. We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
