Perched above Nehalem Road, on Neahkahnie mountain, the house is accessed via a curving staircase built along a beautiful Shore Pine tree. The upper floor features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen with a new dishwasher, a dining table with seating for six, a living room with large windows to enjoy the ocean view, and a charming wood stove. Step through the sliding glass doors onto the large upper deck that holds a new stainless steel gas grill, picnic table for dining alfresco, and modern Adirondack chairs perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine and watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
