The addition of a heated pool with sun shelf, a large hot tub, wood burning fire pit and all new loungers surrounding this oasis, makes this a fabulous place to relax and enjoy the day. A pergola covers a portion of the decking with accent lighting giving great ambiance in the evening while enjoying the fire pit and light ocean breezes. The entire back of the home is enclosed with a high privacy fence keeping your area quiet and serene.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
