Where you will find plenty of cover from the heat of the mid day sun.  Outdoor dining is cleaverly designed, with easy access to both the kitchen, BBQ and Pizza Oven. Why not travel, and see the surrounding historical centre of Ostuni, where on Saturday there is a market where you can haggle over local produce, from cloths, shoes, all at very reasonable prices.  Its a proper market.........................be prepared to barter just like the locals. Its great to watch them in action, with their many hand gestures, and gregarious personalities, even the children are fascinating to watch.  On an evening, the towns of Lecce, Ostuni, Santa Maria de Leuca come to life, with street artists and many bars and restaurants, offering typical Italian Cuisine. If you cannot pull yourself away from this wonderful villa then there is also a BBQ and Pizza Oven for outdoor grills, and is great fun, for the children and all the family joining together to prepare great home made pizzas.  What better way to spend an evening with the family......Creating happy memories for all, to share in years to come. Beautiful gardens throughout the grounds, with automatic sprinkler system.  The villa has the latest electrical controls for the air conditioning, so you don't have to worry about where you have put the remote! The Dining room is large, and seats 8 people comfortably, around the hand made Olive Wood Table. Everything is designed around the hub of the house, with indoor and outdoor dining, great for those late evenings, chatting with friends over a glass of wine or Prosecco. Large TV in both the lounge and dining room, for those who like to catch up on local news, or just watch Italian TV, and brushing up on your Italian language skills. The staff will communicate to the owner or his representative the expected time for access and he to the guests. Cleaning and linen change (sheets and towels) will take place as follows: - ** once a week (for stays of at least 7 nights): preparation of the villa for the arrival of clients, and ONLY change of towels in midweek (except for pool towels , bathrobe and slippers, where provided); ** - If the stay is min. 7 nights the intermediate passage is foreseen as reported above. - if the stay is longer than 7 nights, but less than 14 nights (eg 12 nights), the intermediate passage is foreseen in the middle of the stay. - for stays and multiple bookings of 7 nights (e.g. 14, 21, 28 nights) the intermediate and final passage is foreseen as indicated above. In the high season the weekly cleaning will be carried out mainly on Saturday. Final cleaning is always included, even for stays of less than 7 nights. - Accidental damage coverage to the property and / or furnishings It is possible to choose between two options: 1) Purchase a non-refundable insurance coverage for a total of € 198.00 with damage coverage up to € 5,000.00; or 2) Pay € 15.00 per person as a non-refundable security deposit to cover damages up to € 200.00 and in addition issue a pre-authorization on a credit card upon arrival of € 2,000.00 as a refundable security deposit to cover damages over € 200.00.
