Use the boat house to find kayaks and paddleboards to spend all day playing in the bay. Hold barbecues on the back porch and tell scary stories by the fire pit. Experience unbeatable views like Atlantic ocean sunsets and fantastic stargazing.
Inside you’ll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light, thanks to magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the water. There are tons of comfortable furniture throughout, promoting great conversation and togetherness. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the spacious kitchen, complete with stainless steel applianced and a floating island breakfast bar. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with plenty of space for personal effects, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub and walk-in shower.
