Head out back to your furnished patio where you can toss something special on your gas grill or just sit outside and soak up the California sunshine. And back inside, the main living area features a leather sectional and a cable-equipped TV for movie nights. Additional amenities in this home include multiple mini-split air-conditioners to keep everyone cool, board games, beach toys and yard games (including boogie boards, surfboards, beach cruisers, a cooler, beach chairs, and cornhole), and a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your visit. THINGS TO KNOW No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
