Surrounded by tall trees on all sides, this quiet cottage is perfect for a secluded escapade with your loved ones! This home away from home has been completely remodeled recently, including a full plumbing replacement! It features city water (not a well), a washer and dryer, and huge front and back yards to play outdoors. Speaking of the backyard, guests will find a wooded deck with plenty of outdoor seating for meals alfresco and propane grill, a picnic table, a wooden swing, and a firepit surrounded by comfortable patio chairs.
Inside, this marvelous cottage has a charming sunroom with windows on all sides to sit and enjoy nature, including deer and wild turkeys that frequently visit the property. The cozy living area offers an inviting sofa with a smart TV. The adjoining dining area seats up to four people comfortably. The open kitchen features all major appliances needed to prepare delicious meals for the family. However, if you would like to try some delicious local cuisine, there are many charming restaurants nearby, as well as U-Pick pick farms, and wineries.
Walk or drive to Warren Dunes State Park - you can walk in the back way (6/10 of a mile) or drive (there is a fee for cars to enter the park). Sawyer is charming with a great Home and Garden store, antique stores, coffee shop, and a world-class brewery.
