This multi-level arrangement offers ample space, with plenty of room to spend time together. Unwind in front of the wood-burning fireplace or soothe tired muscles in the private hot tub that overlooks the trail. Curl up on the plush furniture in the living room and enjoy a movie night. A desk workspace is included for guests that need to complete remote work assignments. Cook something delicious together in the well-equipped kitchen complete with full-size appliances and a helpful prep island. Enjoy mealtime at the large, wooden dining table. Of course, cooking out on the private gas grill is always an option. Step out onto the deck and take in the views of the valley and the fresh mountain air. At the end of the day, gather around the firepit and plan the next day’s adventures. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This condo does not have air conditioning. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
