Cabin at the Beach is located one street off the main drag of downtown and one short block to the beach. This beach cabin is a real treat and is fabulous for a small family or two couples trying to escape. Picnic on the covered front porch, rain or shine or enjoy a walk downtown for coffee and donuts. You enter into an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for four, and a living room with smart TV (streaming only - no cable), DVD, and VCR. The main bedroom features a comfortable bed with a TV and DVD player only. The second bedroom features two beds. Walk to the city park which features a great kid playground, volleyball, basketball, and tennis court, just four short blocks away. You can’t beat the price of this little gem. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
