Brew some coffee with the Keurig and spend the morning in a rocking chair on your front porch and spend the evening having happy hour on your back deck, surrounded by trees. Fire up the gas grill for a family cookout in the evening and dine alfresco at the picnic table. Inside, you’ll find hardwood floors and lots of natural light. Channel your inner chef in the full, well-equipped kitchen, then share a meal at the adjacent dining table. When it’s time to explore, there’s a 20-acre walking trail right outside your door and you’re around three miles from the Nantucket Sound beaches. When you return, rinse off from the beach in the outdoor shower and relax in the living room or partially finished basement with a little TV or post the day’s pics to social media with the high-speed WiFi. At the end of the day, four well-appointed bedrooms await, with two upstairs and two on the main level. One perfect day on the Cape is behind you - with another to come tomorrow. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
