The elegant two-bedroom apartment on the top floor has a charming wooden roof and an inviting décor. The spacious living room is thoughtfully divided into sections dedicated to the living area, dining area and an open kitchen. The snug living area under the sloped ceiling and a skylight has a large sofa, a pair of modern armchairs, a flat-screen TV and a nested coffee table set. The dining area on the other side of the fireplace has eight seats. The kitchen with wooden cabinets is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a range cooker, a toaster, an electric kettle and a fridge.

Bedroom 1: The spacious bedroom has a double bed under the skylight, an armchair and an attached bathroom.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom with an en-suite facility exudes warmth. It is furnished with a double bed and a single bed with a pull out single bed.
Bathroom:
Bathroom 1: The contemporary bathroom suite has a bathtub, a shower, a washbasin and a WC.
Bathroom 2: The modern en-suite bathroom has a bathtub with an overhead shower, a washbasin, and a WC.
There is also a service bathroom with a WC.

The location of the apartment serves as a fantastic base for an active and fun-filled vacation in Chamonix. For outdoor lovers, it is just the right holiday home. There is a tennis club, a few sports centers, a skate park and ski lifts and ski slopes nearby. Guests are also within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, shops and take-out joints. The nearest golf club is about 3 kilometers from the house.
Chamonix is a wonderful year-round tourist destination. During winters, the region transforms into a world-class winter sports destination including skiing, snowboarding ice climbing and more. In the summer season, the lush green mountains offer fascinating views of the mountains and valley.
From the house, the nearest train station is hardly 500 meters while the airport is 98 kilometers away.
