Holidays are exciting, but before you book, please check your dates and only select one of the following when making your holiday reservation. Please contact a reservation agent before booking if your dates are different than the following to find a way to accommodate you. Our holiday dates for 2025 & 2026 are:
• Thanksgiving (November 23 - 30 , 2025/2026)
• Easter Week (March 29th - April 4th, 2026)
For any reservations arriving between December 19th 2025 to January 6th 2026, we have a 7 to 10-night minimum requirement. Specific periods may be required. Please contact us before making an online booking during this period.
Holidays Dates are excluded from the cancellation policy and are non refundable.
BEACH CLUB
• Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club is only $10/per person per day to use as consumable so treat yourself to some cocktails or lunch! Entrance free for kids under 10 years old.
• The Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (Dates vary each year).
CONSTRUCTION
Please note there is ongoing construction in the community but the house features noise-resistant windows and doors plus tropical landscaping that ensures privacy and no visibility of the work. Recent guests have had a great experience despite the construction. To address any potential inconvenience, we’ve already discounted the rates. Thank you!
