The neighbors are about 200 yards away, and you’ll occasionally hear a dog or chicken. THINGS TO KNOW The Studio with a twin over double bunk is located about 30 yards from the house. Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning. Property Manager is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Property Manager is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates. 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
