This is a place to spend your days hiking and biking on mountain trails, wine-tasting at award-winning vineyards, and taking in the countless charms of downtown Helen. Enter by way of a charming front patio, where you can spend relaxing evenings roasting s’mores around the firepit and telling stories of the day’s excursions. Inside, you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living space that’s bright and welcoming. There’s an airy kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar seats for two at the prep island, and additional seating - as well as a gas grill - outside on the deck overlooking the woods. In the evenings, curl up to stream movies on the living room TV as the day’s clothes spin in the stacked washer/dryer. Additional features include a primary bedroom with direct deck access and a TV of its own, a guest bedroom, and central AC throughout the cottage. THINGS TO KNOW 1 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
