Inside, you’ll find high ceilings, lots of natural light, and hardwood flooring throughout the main living, kitchen, and dining areas. The open layout is perfect for entertaining and features comfortable furnishing and cozy gathering spaces. The well-equipped, full kitchen will please the group’s chef, and there’s plenty of mealtime seating between the breakfast nook and dining room table. When it’s time to head out, you’re minutes from the beach, and Nicholas Sparks fans will want to pay a visit to the ’Kindred Spirit Mailbox,’ just three miles away. When you return from a day out, relax in the central air-conditioning or get cozy in front of the gas fireplace if it’s chilly outside. Entertainment options at home include two streaming-capable TVs with free cable and high-speed WiFi, perfect for posting the day’s pics to social media. Don’t call it a night until you step back onto the deck to admire the stars rising over the water. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available using your own account. Guests have access to Oyster Bay Golf Links for $55 to $75, which includes 18 holes of golf and a cart, depending on the time of year. There is no fishing allowed in the pond behind the home. Please stay off the neighbors’ properties to the right and left of the home. Please supervise children near the shoreline because alligators have been present in this area. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
