In the neighborhood of Leme you will be able to enjoy several restaurants, bars, markets, pharmacies among others.´ The accommodation has 110m² distributed in 3 bedrooms, two with a single bed each and one with a queen size bed. The apartment also has a living room, 2 bathrooms already equipped with bath utensils and towels, a toilet and a kitchen with an induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and various basic kitchen utensils to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Apartment is 450m from Copacabana and 4.8km from Ipanema Beach Our place has free Wi-Fi, but we may have problems due to weather conditions or internet provider availability. We clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces such as switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remote controls, etc. prior to check-in. We are hosts with over 5,000 feedbacks from various guests. HOUSE RULES 1) The property is located at a residential address. It is not allowed to make noise that could disturb the neighbors. (Law of Silence -22:00 Hs) 2) Do not throw toilet paper/pad/etc. on the toilet 3) The lessee undertakes to send a list with full name and identity document of all people who will stay in the apartment during the contracted period, not exceeding the number of people stipulated in the reservation. Persons not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building. 4) Separate organic from recyclable waste, dispensing them in different garbage bags 5) It is not allowed to circulate people with inappropriate attire in common areas. Use the service entrance (and elevator) when in swimwear or luggage, and always wash your feet to remove sand 6) Always turn off the lights and turn off electrical equipment before leaving the house (air conditioning, fans, washing machine, television...). If this item is not met, the owner may deduct R$100.00 per day from the security deposit. 7) Our check-in is done from 3pm and our check-out before 11am. We cordially offer flexibility on these times in case there are no other guests checking in or out. If you wish to guarantee your early-check-in or late-check-out you may pay 50% of a daily rate to reserve the property for your use; 8) For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen with blanket for each bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen change service can be hired and paid separately. Our bed and bath linens are in perfect condition - Let us know if you find any in bad condition so we can exchange them / Do not use the bath towel on the beach or pool / Be careful with products that can damage them ( mainly make-up and sunscreen), as they can be charged from your security deposit. 9) It’s okay to cook, but please keep everything in order. 10) We do not provide oil, salt and seasonings, as we understand that these are food items for individual use. 11) It is not allowed to leave your bags at the concierge. 12) All guests must send their ID at least 24 hours before arrival to avoid delays Enjoy your stay and have fun!
