Offering a large, grassy yard and a location that’s conveniently close to Crescent Beach and the Matanzas River, Pelican Landing is a terrific vacation home option for the entire family! Enjoy the privacy of this single family dwelling with plenty of driveway space, and privacy fence creating an oasis for you and your loved ones. With a comfortable interior cooled by central air conditioning, this home includes a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances for preparing your favorite recipes, a dining table for six for mealtimes or game nights, and a cozy living area with a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. And out back, you can view spectacular sunrises, spend a lazy afternoon on the screened-in, furnished porch, or grill up some delicious food on the large patio.
Around the corner, you’ll find Genung’s Fish Camp with equipment rentals and fishing gear, plus a convenience store with gas and all the home essentials you’ll need. There is also a small strip mall with a good pizza restaurant, a dine-in restaurant, a pet groomer, and a cafe/ice cream parlor. Across the street, there are a new restaurant and a surf station with board rentals and lessons available. Guests can also find more restaurants and supermarkets about six miles north on A1A, with St. Augustine eight miles further up, and brimming with restaurants, a bustling Old Town, and lots of historic sites. There is even a pirate ship that will take visitors on a harbor ride past the old Spanish fort.
**PET POLICY: Only dogs are permitted, and must be approved by management PRIOR to booking. You must inquire with the number, weight, and breed to get approval before you book as some breed and size restrictions apply. A pet fee will be required upon approval.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee.
