Nothing could be better! Take a swim in the oceanfront pool, which is located just a short ride down the elevator and a few steps to the end of the building. Step out from the pool onto the gorgeous white sands of Crescent beach to enjoy the natural dunes, wildlife, surf, and wide spaces to walk, play, or just relax in the sun with family and friends. Sand Dollar Penthouse has been thoughtfully furnished as a luxury family vacation paradise and features a fully stocked updated kitchen, an electric fireplace, and comfortable furnishings. Soft beach hues will enhance your relaxation, along with crisp white linens and soft white towels. Keep the sand out by placing the provided beach chairs in the storage closet available for guest use downstairs, and keep your car cool in the covered parking garage. Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances. No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
