An exclusive holiday retreat for up to 10 guests, the villa on the green Tuscan hills near the Tyrrhenian coast is a destination in itself. The garden in front is styled in the manner of a typical Italian garden and is almost exclusively at the disposal of guests. A large open-air swimming pool (dimension: 6 x 12 m, depth 110-150 cm) with sun loungers await the guests to relieve them off their stress in the pleasant weather of central Tuscany.
Inside, the villa is divided into two levels with a living room on each floor. The well-restored holiday home has retained its Property Managerteryear charms and incorporated modern amenities for maximum comfort and convenience of the guests. The kitchen-diner with beamed ceiling and arched walls is reminiscent of a bygone era. It is furnished with a large wooden dining table in one section and a set of sofas with a large TV and fireplace in the other. The entrance of the house also has a sitting area and a books and games library to unwind in leisure. The kitchen is separate and furnished in a contemporary style. It is equipped with a drip coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a range cooker, a toaster, a cooker hob, an electric kettle and a freezer.
The living room upstairs has a large double sofa bed, a wooden wardrobe and a traditional carpet.

The owner of the villa stays on the same premises in a separate, self-contained apartment on the side of the building. He is a professional dog educator and can organize basic education lessons or behavioural corrections

The antique single villa is located within close proximity to major tourist attractions and amenities. There are a number of cafes and restaurants within 2-5 minutes of drive from the house. The town of Bientina (about 4 kilometres), where the villa is located, is home to a number of historically and culturally significant churches and museums. It is also a splendid shopping destination. The town is also a superb base to explore Monte Pisano and the nearby Valdera Valley. The Tyrrhenian coast is about a 40-minute drive away. The city of Pisa (25 km), Lucca (26km) and Florence (56km) make for a wonderful day trip from the villa. Pisa International Airport is about 30 minutes and Florence airport is a 52-minute drive away.
