On nights in, bring in a private chef to show off a menu of local favorites to be served directly in your private garden. The air conditioning will make sure the apartment is fresh and ready for an unforgettable night. After dinner, sip negroni in the formal living room, lit by a majestic chandeliers and a 15th century Tuscan stone chimneypiece and a room-length floor-to-ceiling opening to the garden. Once you’ve snapped a few pictures at the most famous sites, like the Anfiteatro, Guinigi Tower, Cathedral and Piazza San Michele (all within a 5 mins walk away) sneak away from the crowds and spend an afternoon al fresco on the outdoor sofas under the white roses pergola and among old lemon trees while listening to the healing and calming sound of water coming from the 1700s fountain at the centre of the garden. The garden and its multiple living and sitting areas is ideal to hide away among plants and flowers to read book or to enjoy a fabulous dinner at the grand dining table.Later, check out the world-class fashion on Via Fillungo, the city’s most famous shopping district, just 2-minutes from the apartment. Safe car parking and bus station are located within 5 mins walk away while the central train station of Lucca is located just 15 mins walk away. Air conditioning throughout, floor heating, high-speed 200 mega wifi connection, washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a samsung smart tv connected to wifi and a Bang&Olufsen music system are just some of the features of this apartment.COMPOSITION:Living room, dining room with kitchen. From living area 4 steps up there is a double bedroom while from living area 8 steps down there is a master bathroom with grand built shower and bathtub. From the downstairs corridor there is access to the secluded Master suite on 2 levels which is composed by a study room and a bathroom with grand built shower on the main floor and by a master bedroom with toilet on the upper floor.This apartment has private use of half of the land that is shared with our other apartment called La Casina which is advertised on this website.
