This river-view getaway is comprised of two adjacent 1BR condos in the vibrant Historic District. Each unit offers a private balcony with amazing views of Battleship North Carolina. Easily walk to popular shops and attractions in the area. When you are not exploring the city, head 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. LIVING AREA Each condo offers a welcoming living area with ample seating. Both are furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen found in each unit, appointed with all the necessary gadgets and cookware. Please note there is no dishwasher in either unit. Gather for meals at the two-person table in each condo. BED & BATH This rental sleeps eight guests between the two adjacent one-bedroom units and two sleeper sofas. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfy queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms are outfitted with a tub/shower combination....

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
