Easily walk to popular shops and attractions in the area. When you are not exploring the city, head 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach. LIVING AREA Each condo offers a welcoming living area with ample seating. Both are furnished with a queen sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV. KITCHEN & DINING Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen found in each unit, appointed with all the necessary gadgets and cookware. Please note there is no dishwasher in either unit. Gather for meals at the two-person table in each condo. BED & BATH This rental sleeps eight guests between the two adjacent one-bedroom units and two sleeper sofas. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfy queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. Both bathrooms are outfitted with a tub/shower combination....

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
