This beautiful American-style villa is located in the place called Vir, a tourist resort that is connected to the mainland by a bridge because it is actually an island. Vir is surrounded by numerous northern Dalmatian islands, 23 km or only 20 minutes’ drive from the regional center, the city of Zadar; and a 10-minute drive from the historic town of Nin. The beaches are at every turn, located next to a pine forest and surrounded by Mediterranean plants.
Villa Frenky is located only 800 m from the sea, has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, one of which has a sofa bed, kitchen, living room and can accommodate up to 10 people. The house has two spacious living rooms, each on one floor, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining room. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the remaining 3 are upstairs. The splendour of this mansion will delight you at first sight. This American-style villa has a spacious courtyard with an emphasis on a large heated pool with Jacuzzi surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a covered barbecue with a summer kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with billiards. A real oasis for every hedonist. There is also a volleyball / badminton / football court and table tennis.
