Travel 1.5 miles to the casinos at Stateline, the Heavenly Village and cinemas, or the shops and restaurants at the Chateau.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The upstairs living space features vaulted timber ceilings, wood-paneled walls, and massive windows. Step out on the large deck -- a fabulous spot to take in fresh air and woodland scenery.
A separate living area offers a cozy place to unwind, with plush carpet and soft sofas. Unwind in front of the 50in TV or rack up the pool table in the game area.
A spacious kitchen has all the essentials for convenient cooking, with ample cabinet space and an island with a double sink. Enjoy meals around the dining table, or the six-seat table off the living area.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
LOCATION
Reach the slopes of Heavenly in minutes! The California Lodge and lifts are 3 blocks away. In summer months, take the short drive to the lake (less than a mile); take a scenic walk along the beach or rent a boat and head out on the lake’s waters.
VIOLATION/EVICTION WARNING
South Lake Tahoe has very strict ordinances governing vacation rentals! This property cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 10 people and 5 cars - and is strictly enforced and patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in citation/fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Please note there is a strict NO PARTY policy; failure to comply will result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm; violations will result in immediate fine. This home is located in an extremely sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large or noisy groups. City License #103740.
