Located amid an intimate collection of exclusive vacation rentals, the 445-square-foot Santa Rosa suite is in a semi-private wing on the second floor of the historic Hitchcock House. Stroll just one block to the famed East Beach. Or, ride bikes to downtown and Sterns Wharf. Kick back in front of the decorative electric fireplace and watch a movie on a 32" TV. Enjoy morning coffee at the coffee table. The suite also includes a desk, a mini refrigerator and freezer, a microwave, and a coffee maker. After a fun-filled day at the beach, enjoy an afternoon cookout on the shared patio, complete with a gas grill and ample table seating, as well as several benches and lounge chairs. Your vacation rental is less than one mile from the Santa Barbara Zoo, which features 500 animals over 30 acres. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
