THINGS TO KNOW This 229-square-foot studio is part of an older home; you may hear noises from adjacent units. Although this unit is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the beach. This prime beachside locale is a half a block from the Amtrak rails and near the 101 freeway, and passing trains may occasionally be heard. Earplugs are provided if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book.
