This open and airy two-bed/two-bath home sits 1,000 feet above sea level, offering cool breezes and incredible ocean and sunset vistas from the lanai. On warm days, enjoy the extra benefit of a fully centralized air-conditioning system - an uncommon perk in the area. Enjoy access to the nearby Waikoloa Golf Course, where you will receive a discounted rate.
Sit back and relax in the welcoming living area, furnished with two comfy sofas (one of which is a queen sofa bed) and two armchairs. Watch movies on the 48-inch TV with cable and a DVD player. The well-equipped and modern kitchen features granite countertops and upgraded appliances - including a stainless steel refrigerator and a five-burner electric stove. A large center island provides plenty of counter space for preparing delicious home-cooked meals. Sip morning coffee at the breakfast bar with seating for two. When it’s time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table.
The primary bedroom features a 32-inch TV and a sitting area for two. A set of French doors leads out onto the lanai. The en suite bathroom provides a double vanity, luxurious jetted tub, and walk-in shower with two shower heads. The second bedroom has a sitting area with two chairs and a TV. A second bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.
This lovely home is surrounded by lush green landscaping. Spend relaxing afternoons on the private lanai. Prepare the catch of the day on the gas grill and dine alfresco at a table with seating for six. An additional lounger is a perfect spot for curling up with a good book.
THINGS TO KNOW
Located on the second floor, this home is access via one flight of steps. Please note, this home has a lower-level unit which is occupied by a long-term tenant. A laundry room is shared with the lower-level unit. Quiet hours should be observed after 9pm.
Guests will receive discounted rates at the Waikoloa Village Golf Course.
Beach toys and gear, including coolers, chairs, and umbrellas are provided.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
