You can swim on-site in a sparkling blue pool, or walk a few short steps to the quiet white sands of West Beach on the gulf and to the Lagoon Park with great kayak access. West Beach, known for its beautiful white sands, is across the street from your condo. Spend the day in the sand and water without the crowds of Gulf Shores. Also a short walk away, the Little Lagoon has excellent swimming, fishing, and water sports. Keep an eye out for the jumping mullet fish! With nearby wildlife refuges, zoos, golf courses, and marinas, there’s plenty to keep you busy in the outdoors. The kids will enjoy the rides at Waterville, USA (10 min. drive) or Adventure Cove (15 min.). Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
