Walking distance to the sugar sand beaches of the 30A, this cozy beach home is located in the The Bungalows community of Seagrove Beach.
This home is only a five-minute walk to the closest public beach access (Beachwood Villas), and just steps to the community’s two pools and hot tubs. Seagrove Beach hosts more public beach access points than any other part of the 30A, so you will be spoiled for choice as to where to set up camp for your days by the Gulf. There are also plenty of superb local restaurants within minutes of the home.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- The primary guest must be 25 or older to rent this home.
- Unless you have specifically arranged for an early arrival time, please do not arrive at the property before your scheduled check-in time.
- Do not hang towels on porch/balcony railings. The HOA imposed fines on guests found to be doing so.
- We strictly do not accept pets at this home.
- This home is strictly non-smoking
