Surely, you never thought you’ll be able to enjoy the nicest swim in a pool within a townhouse. With a great taste, the exterior area of the house offers beautiful corners to spend a wonderful vacation. The chlorine pool sizes 4 x 2 metres whereas the water depth ranges from 1.45 to 1.50 metres. You can sunbathe on the 4 sun loungers around or cook a BBQ to enjoy at the porch.
The beautiful inside comprises just one floor. The living room is equipped with a TV-sat and a chimney, and it invites to rest. Next, you enter the dining-kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob. Then, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with twin beds each, one of them with AC and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
