We offer a clean and modern 1 bedroom apartment at Regalia Residence, equipped with 100 Mbps high-speed internet, a gym and a breathtaking view of the city with KLCC twin tower from the rooftop swimming pool. The apartment is an approximately 58 sqm (500sq.ft) one bedroom equipped with a Queen size bed. We can also set up a high-quality floor mattress for the extra person in the bedroom if needed. The apartment is also equipped with a modern kitchen with a full set utensil for simple cooking. A clean and modern private bathroom is also in the apartment. You will have the whole apartment for yourselves without other guests in the apartment.. Our apartment is located 10 minutes away by taxi/Uber which cost you less than 10 Ringgits (USD 2) for most touristic locations including Petronas Twin Tower, KL Tower, Jalan Alor night market, Changkat Bukit Bintang and Pavilion shopping mall. Kampung Baru, a residential area located right in the middle of the Kuala Lumpur city centre, is also located right next to our apartment building. It is one of the oldest residential areas in KL and has been reserved as a township for the ethnic Malays. The neighbourhood features traditional one and two-storey wooden houses placed against an exciting backdrop of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline. Kampung Baru Hawker Stalls also offers an authentic Malaysian dining experience. The best way to get around Kuala Lumpur is by using Uber or Grab (equivalent of Uber in South East Asia). The fare is usually less than 10 Ringgit (USD 2) for most touristic locations. KTM Putra station is at 2 minutes walking distance from our building, and 6 minutes away from LRT PWTC station. There is a mini-market right downstairs near the lobby. A gigantic Sunway Putra mall is also within 5 minutes walking distance from our apartment. Paid parking with daily rate is available which is subjected to availability and based on first come first serve basis. Please inquire us before booking if you need a parking space.
