This delicious apartment on the top floor is in a first-line complex and offers wonderful views of the Mediterranean Sea and the coast from a large terrace. Going up just one floor, there is a flat roof with beautiful views of both the sea and the interior towards the valley and low hills.
In the apartment itself, a comfortable and tastefully furnished modern living room leads directly to the terrace, the perfect place to dine, relax and admire the views. The kitchen is also outside the living room and is beautifully equipped and well-equipped with a new induction hob and a dishwasher for added convenience. There is also a separate service area for the washing machine and cleaning equipment. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and both have the same magnificent sea views as the living room and balcony.
There is a rocky front just 50 metres from the apartments, with steps embedded in the rock to facilitate access for snorkelling and diving, or you can try your luck fishing. Just a 5-minute walk from the family beach of Arenal, there is safe bathing, beach and water sports, and a wide seafront promenade with a wonderful variety of bars, restaurants and shops. Also five minutes’ walk from the apartment is the nearest supermarket. The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are about 2 km away, and there are two excellent golf courses less than 20 minutes away.
JH’s advice: Cofisa Vista Mar is located in the same complex as Cofisa Coral and Cofisa Great Blue, and just 150 metres from Montañar Mar, Montañar Beach, Terraza Salonica and Ático Salónica. If you are coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option.
