Panoramic views, lush gardens and fabulous indoor and outdoor spaces. Casa Alba is a beautiful example of a traditional Spanish house, with an abundance of character and beautiful distant views over the countryside of Jávea and the hills beyond. Located at the base of the Montgó mountain, the property is situated on a spacious plot surrounded by lawn, winding garden paths and mature fruit trees.
Throughout this grand residence, you will find a spectacular entrance hall with a wide two-story staircase, a large living-dining room with an incorporated fireplace, a sunny-coloured kitchen with space for outdoor covered services, three good-sized bathrooms (one is the main en-suite), two bedrooms with direct access to the exterior and a large main bedroom on the top floor with double doors to a private balcony. The ground floor has a unique entertainment area for both young children and adults, with a billiards table, a full-size ping-pong table and a foosball table.
The Naya covered in an L-shape is the family heart of the property, sprinkled with beautiful potted plants and wall-mounted ceramics, access from the living room, hallway and ground floor rooms make this an interconnected space that ’happens’ that welcomes visitors for the first time with its rough arches in honey tones and high ceilings with beams.
The gardens, the pool area with lawn and the outdoor pool house with built-in barbecue make the transition from indoor to outdoor life very easy. Imagine sitting at night under the covered shed, drinking a cold drink while contemplating the flowering gardens and the house and mountain beyond. Heaven!

About the area
Xàbia (also known as Jávea), a coastal town in Spain's Costa Blanca, is a gem that offers a delightful mix of historical charm, natural beauty, and modern amenities. Nestled between the capes of San Antonio and La Nao, Xàbia is divided into three main areas: the old town, the port, and the beach area, each with its own unique allure.
The old town of Xàbia is a journey back in time with its narrow, winding streets and gothic buildings, such as the fortress-like Church of San Bartolomé. This area is a testament to the town's rich history, with its ancient walls and historical museums that provide insight into the lives of its past inhabitants.
The port area, known as Aduanas del Mar, is a bustling hub where fishing boats and yachts coexist. It's a perfect spot to savor fresh seafood at one of the many restaurants overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The port also features the modernist Casa del Cable, which now serves as an exhibition hall.
For beach lovers, the sandy Arenal Beach is the main attraction with its palm-lined promenade, lively bars, and restaurants. The clear blue waters are ideal for swimming, while the surrounding coves, such as Granadella and Portitxol, offer excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving.
Nature enthusiasts will be drawn to the Montgó Natural Park, which towers over Xàbia and provides a stunning backdrop to the town. The park is a haven for hikers and wildlife watchers, with its diverse flora and fauna and panoramic views of the coastline.
Xàbia's microclimate is considered one of the best in the world by the World Health Organization, making it an ideal destination year-round. The town also hosts various cultural events and festivals, such as the lively Fiesta de San Juan in June, which celebrates the summer solstice with bonfires and fireworks.
For those interested in art and architecture, Xàbia does not disappoint. The town has inspired many artists, including the famous Spanish painter Joaquín Sorolla, who captured its landscapes in his works.
In summary, Xàbia is a destination that offers a harmonious blend of historical depth, natural splendor, and a vibrant contemporary lifestyle. Whether you're looking to explore its cultural heritage, relax on its beautiful beaches, or enjoy outdoor activities in a picturesque setting, Xàbia caters to all tastes and preferences.
