Somewhere on a Beach is your Classic Oceanfront Beach Cottage with character and charm. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is amazing and has been updated and outfitted to help you enjoy your time spent at the beach. This island retreat is conveniently located near the intersection of Middleton Ave and Beach Dr. for fast access to all the shops and dining. Only 2 short blocks from the Beach Pantry convenience store to grab those last minute items. And at Somewhere on a Beach you don’t need to make the beds as all beds are made prior to your arrival! Just relax and have fun!
This home has what you are looking for. A kitchen that has been recently updated and a wall of windows looking out at the gorgeous beach. Get ready to enjoy time at "Somewhere on a Beach" and don’t forget to relax. Fun games are on property and a large dining area is located between the kitchen and family room. Furry friends and family members are welcome. A dog wash is on property to wash the sand off from a fun day on the beach. The beach access is right at the bottom of the stairs. Hang out in the comfortable chairs on the deck or head down to the beach just steps away. 6 Beach chairs, a beach umbrella and 4 boogie boards are provided. A new washer and dryer is now available on the main floor. There is also a room below the home where you can store your beach toys and chairs.
If you’re a fisherman (or visited one of several local fresh seafood markets), you will love to cook your meal on the charcoal grill downstairs. While you’re waiting for your dinner to finish, hang out on the deck and watch the pelicans as they fly over the ocean searching for their dinner.
Head inside on cooler evenings to work a puzzle, play a board game or watch one of several movies provided in the drawer or stream your favorite show on the smart tv.
The Primary bedroom has a king size bed and provides the added privacy and convenience of a door directly onto the deck. The Guest bedroom # 1 is furnished with 2 Full size beds and guest bedroom # 2 is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed. Dream about the day you spent with your toes in the sand sitting in one of the provided beach chairs. Wash off the sand & salt using the outdoor shower hose at the bottom of the deck before heading in for a snack. The full-sized washer & dryer will get your bathing suits & towels ready for fun the next day.

Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towels. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.
While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.
Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.
You must be at least 25 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 25 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.
Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.
NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).
We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including several rolls of toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, sponge and a trash can liner per bin.
