The location on the second floor is perfect for amazing views of the beach and ocean but easy to access from the parking lot. The Oceanfront covered balcony has perfect seating designed for relaxing and watching the sunset over the ocean waves. The Primary bedroom has a queen size bed and separate bathroom along with a sliding door access to the balcony with a table and chairs. The guest room is equipped with a full size over queen size bunk bed with a full bathroom nearby off the hallway. The family room has ample seating that includes a queen sofa bed. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
