Located in module 20, about 1 km from the beach, our beautiful recently renovated house is the ideal place for those looking for comfort, tranquility and complete leisure facilities. Our property accommodates 8 people in four rooms, including: 2 suites (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can become a double) and 2 other double rooms that share a common bathroom. The house also has a half bath in the living room. Inside, we have a cozy living room with cable TV, retractable sofa and dining table. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils for the stay, such as: microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, pans, glasses, cutlery, dishes, water filter, toaster, in addition to a functional island with two stools. All our rooms have a ceiling fan and air conditioning, our internet is 250mb, great for those who need to do home office. The highlight of our house is on the outside, which has a complete and integrated infrastructure for leisure time. The pool overlooks a beautiful native forest and has sun loungers. In addition, the area has a hot tub, gourmet space with barbecue, table, hammocks for resting, as well as a heater for colder days. We have a garage with space for a car inside the property, but it is also possible to stop safely on the street in front of the property.
