Nice beachfront condo on sparkling East Grand Traverse Bay! 800 square feet, 1 bedroom (Kind bed), 1 bath condo sleeps 2-5 comfortably. Both the sofa and chair in the living room pull out creating the additional sleeping space for three people. The spacious bathroom has a jetted tub and separate shower. Full kitchen. Private deck facing the water. Please know that this unit is very clean and comfortable, but has not yet been fully updated, and this is reflected in its pricing. When you are ready to head outside, grab the beach towels provided and enjoy the 300-foot private sandy beach with lounge chairs, or the newly-finished heated swimming pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day to Labor Day). Enjoy the panoramic view of the bay from the open concept floorplan. The gorgeous, crystal clear waters can be seen from the kitchen, dining, and living room. Savor your morning coffee or evening wine from the private deck, while watching the waves on the bay. Large screen Smart TV with streaming and cable service, gas fireplace, and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night sleep. The living room is decorated with rich neutral tones and the condo has fun, casual lake -themed decor. Traverse City has an incredible amount of great restaurants, but if you decide to stay in, the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, and pots and pans. Keep the cook company on one of the tall chairs at the bi-level bar, and enjoy your meal overlooking the water at the nearby table. The bath is fully stocked with linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. It also houses a stackable washer/dryer with laundry soap for your convenience. If you would like to get on the water, boat rentals are available nearby with public launch at the beach next door. Rent bicycles across the street and ride the paved TART trail into downtown. Downtown is a short drive , where you’ll find great restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries, shopping, movie theaters, live theater and all you could ask for from The Jewel of the North, Traverse City. Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation. If you need to cancel because of Covid we will need both a positive test and proof of full vaccination. We may be able to refund the portion of the reservation we are able to rebook if you cancel immediately. If you cannot provide a positive test result AND proof of full vaccination, our cancellation policy will stand as agreed at your time of booking.
