The Running Waters Lodge at Eagles Nest! This luxury 4 Bedroom/4.5 Bath home offers nearly 3,500 square feet of heated and cooled living space resting on a spacious 2.73 acres at over 3,700 feet of elevation. Adirondack and farmhouse elements blend seamlessly to balance function and utility with classic rustic elegance. Running Waters was built on a full basement foundation and is wrapped in gorgeous logs and Appalachian Poplar Bark. The interior is framed by spectacular, hand peeled white pine logs, heart of pine walls and distressed hardwood floors.
The kitchen offers exquisite granite counters, island dining area and a copper sink. The great room features a gas fireplace, TV, and comfortable furniture. The main level primary bedroom has it’s own stone gas fireplace and Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd floor offers a loft office and two queen guest suites. The full finished basement features a casual game room and additional king bedroom. The home looks out onto rolling mountain views to the south and is immersed in the sound of the gentle creek that runs next to it.

Please note all visitors on premise at the winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- Running Waters Lodge allows up to 2 mature and well trained Dogs with an additional rent of $25 per night per pet, plus tax.
- Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be added at the time of booking under "Additional Fees" after entering payment info or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
-Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
- There are two exterior security cameras at this home. One is a doorbell cam by the front door, and the other is a floodlight cam facing the driveway.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
