An additional twin bed provides versatility, and deck access allows you to immerse yourself in the surrounding beauty. Indulge in moments of serenity on the deck’s inviting seating or showcase your culinary prowess with the Weber grill. While enjoying your stay at Hook, Wine and Sinker, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include: Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November) The Great Lawn Playground Hiking Trails Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal) Mini-Golf Course 24/7 General Store North Pavilion: Ball Field Sportsmans Lodge (unlocked portion only) Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball) Dog Park Walking Trail Sportsman’s Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary) Fire Pit Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking) Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts Pickleball Disk Golf Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!) Vineyard Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced. Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. OFF-PEAK SPECIAL: Stay longer than the minimum number of nights and automatically receive a 5-15% Discount- Excluding Holidays. Additional Notes: - Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday. - Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsmans Lodge or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. - The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsmans Lodge. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. - All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional $35 per night (max $175) amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development. - Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV’s. For information about ATV rentals please visit: Off Road Adventures website. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - NCREC Broker Name: Property Manager. NCREC License Number: 298198 -This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. -CANCELLATION POLICY: STRICT: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.
