Welcome to this fantastic townhouse in Llubí, with an additional apartment and private pool. It sleeps 10 guests.
The true star of this wonderful townhouse is the private chlorine pool -that sizes 7 x 3 metres and has a water depth ranging from 1.2 to 2 metres-. It invites to cool down after sunbathing by it or at the top terrace. There is a chill-out area and 6 sunloungers in total. This terrace is perfect to cook delicious BBQs alfresco and if you wish you can also prepare them at the exterior kitchen end enjoy them right there or at the furnished backyard. There also is an exterior bathroom with shower by the pool.
Thus, the housing is distributed in 3 buildings: the large house, located on the ground floor, and two apartments, one located on a first floor accessible through the stairs next to the pool, and the other in an annex area to the property. In the large house, you are welcomed by a rustic living-dining room, with TV-SAT, DVD, CD player, A/C, and wood stove, followed by an annex room with 2 sofas. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, is located in the glazed space with barbecue. Then there are 2 bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, and the other with a bunk bed. The rooms in this house offer ceiling fan and heating by electric wall radiators. In the apartment, there is a living room, with TV-SAT and A/C, a cozy kitchen-dining room with ceramic hob, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower. Two guests can sleep on the 2 sofa beds in this living room. There are 2 cribs and 2 high chairs. In the annex area, there is a spacious living-dining room with AC and Smart TV, kitchen with ceramic hob with everything necessary for cooking. A room with double bed, wardrobe, AC and fan. There is an additional bed in the loft of the living room. And finally, a bathroom with shower completes this area. Each building has its own laundry area with washing machine, iron, and ironing board; in the large house it is located in the kitchen/barbecue area and in the apartment it is in the hallway leading to the pool.
The property is in the centre of Llubí, an authentic town with all needed services like bars and traditional restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The nearest beach is the one of Can Picafort, only 19 km away. If you like playing golf, the course of Pollensa is 21 km from the house.
