Welcome to Bearadise @ Blue Ridge! Small well trained dogs under 25 lbs are welcome! Highly recommended cabin and now under new management! Located walking distance and less than a mile from the famous MTS trail, Betsy’s Overlook located on the Blue Ridge Parkway, this is an ideal location for an outdoor adventure or a quiet evening at home. Situated on over 4 acres, yet still close to dining, shopping and activities. Approximately 15-20 minutes to downtown West Jefferson and Mount Jefferson, 30-45 minutes to Appalachian Ski Resort, the New River watersports, downtown Boone and Blowing Rock. Less than an hour from Banner Elk, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and local wineries.
Step inside to the cozy and well appointed cabin with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, gas stove, and stainless steel appliances. The bar area seats three guests, and to the left is the dining room table which seats four. The open concept living area is decorated with luxurious rustic furnishings surrounding the woodburning stone fireplace. Each level of the home has rustic log furnishings a king bed and a full bathroom on each floor for privacy. There is a flat-screen TV on each level. The main level king bedroom has a cable TV and rear deck access. The bathroom has a double sink vanity, separate shower and claw-foot bathtub for relaxing. The rear deck has 6 rocker chairs for relaxing.
Upstairs has a loft area with cable TV and comfortable sofa and chairs for viewing and there is another King bedroom and full bathroom with bathtub/shower combination adjacent to the loft area. On the lower level is a third King bedroom adjacent to another full bath with a tub/shower combo which can be closed off for ensuite King master suite if desired. Other amenities include on the lower level there is a 70” theatre area with surround sound, an electric fireplace, and a super comfortable reclining sofa, perfect for movie night or the big game. Next to the cinema is a game room with billiards, dart board, and there is even a corn hole game and ring toss for the outside activities. There is also a mini-fridge for beverages and snacks for guest convenience. Easy interior stairs for accessing all levels and convenient gates close off the stairs at the bottom and top of the stairs from the main level to the loft area.
The main level features a covered deck with a gas grill, adirondeck chairs and a picnic table at the opposite side of the deck. The lower level has a rustic stone patio with a covered fire pit and comfortable seating on the wooden Adirondack chairs and tables. Great spot for relaxing and smores’ There is also another picnic table under the covered deck for alfresco dining as well as a couple extra aderondeck chairs for more seating. Stroll over to the benches and enjoy a seasonal view while listening to the creek at the base of the property over the hillside. The scenic Blue Ridge Parkway is less than a mile down the road, perfect for a drive or to venture out for a hike. Bearadise @ Blue Ridge is the perfect spot to get away and relax from the hustle and bustle of every day life.

- There are 3 Arlo cameras facing the driveway and parking lot only.
- Mature, well-trained dogs under 25lbs welcome. Pet rent $25/night per dog.
- For larger groups, Blessed Sunset Getaway is only 3.5 miles away.
- AWD or 4WD vehicles recommended and potentially chains are required in the winter months
- No fireworks are permitted in the community.
- No UTV’s or ATV’s allowed
- Check In is after 4pm, Check out is by 10am
