The Home
Beautifully remodeled home perfect for multiple families. This home has five Bedrooms plus a loft with three bathrooms. There are three bedrooms on the main floor: two cal-king master bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, and a children’s room with full over full bunk beds. The master and children’s room share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The upstairs has a cal-king master, a loft area with another children’s full over a full bunk bed, and a pull-out sofa. The upstairs rooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have LCD TVs with cable tv.
The open-concept main living area is spacious and provides plenty of seating for the family, whether on the sectional, dining room table, or breakfast nook. The sectional has a queen size pull-out for additional bedding. The family room has high-speed wireless internet.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
