Beautifully remodeled home perfect for multiple families. This home has five Bedrooms plus a loft with three bathrooms. There are three bedrooms on the main floor: two cal-king master bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite, and a children’s room with full over full bunk beds. The master and children’s room share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The upstairs has a cal-king master, a loft area with another children’s full over a full bunk bed, and a pull-out sofa. The upstairs rooms share a bathroom. All bedrooms have LCD TVs with cable tv. The open-concept main living area is spacious and provides plenty of seating for the family, whether on the sectional, dining room table, or breakfast nook. The sectional has a queen size pull-out for additional bedding. The family room has high-speed wireless internet. Highly upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Right off the kitchen is a full-size washer and dryer for guests. There are strollers, a high chair, a pack n’ play, and a booster seat for your infants and toddlers. The rear yard has an outdoor natural gas bbq grill, patio set, and additional chairs. The home has central air and heat. This house SLEEPS 18 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 4. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. If you reside within 50 miles of Disneyland, there will be an extra $500 security deposit to ensure city rules and regulations are kept. Houses are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras.
