This 4-star villa has five bedrooms, six bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests on three floors.
The pool area is equipped with ten beach chairs, lounge chairs, and an outside shower. The 50 m2 big pool also has a heating option which is a good thing if you are traveling during the pre or post-season.
The house features two living and dining areas, one on each floor. This is particularly attractive in the case of two families arriving together. There are two fully equipped kitchens with direct access to the terrace or balcony, overlooking the pool and the surrounding greenery.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
