Treat yourself to a magnificent stay in the mountains! This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 story Blowing Rock log home is the perfect retreat!
The main level features a two-story-high great room with comfortable suede furnishings arranged around the and massive stone gas log and barnwood fireplace, with a large HD SMART-TV mounted above and exposed beams overhead. A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with all-new granite counters and stainless steel appliances is at the rear of the great room, along with an elegant dining room that sits 6 at the table with stools for 4 more. A half bath is off the greatroom, as well French doors to the private, covered, well-furnished upper deck where the surrounding mountains can be viewed during the winter months. Just a few steps beyond is the wonderfully decorated master suite with a king bed, HDTV, and private bathroom with a 2-person glamour tub and a separate tiled shower.
The upper level features the spacious 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each with a queen bed and a twin. Also there’s a second full bathroom and a balcony with local wormy chestnut and wrought iron beams overlooking the great room.
The lower level features a recreation room with pool table and wet bar, a living area with a large suede sectional with a gas fireplace and HDTV, the lower covered deck where the huge hot tub awaits, and the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and a twin and it’s own private full bathroom.
Enjoy an endless summer evening on the upper deck while fellowshipping with family and friends. Spend those chilly nights watching a movie snuggled up with that special someone in front of either of the gas log fireplaces. Play a game of pool. Relax after a long day of hiking or horseback riding in the soothing bubbles of the 8 person hot tub. Whatever your pleasure this house has it!

Additional notes:
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.

Boone, North Carolina, is a delightful mountain town nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This town, which carries the name of the renowned pioneer Daniel Boone, offers a plethora of experiences for its visitors.
Nature lovers will find Boone an outdoor paradise. The surrounding mountains are laced with a variety of hiking trails that cater to all levels of hikers - from leisurely strolls to more strenuous climbs. Although not directly passing through Boone, the Blue Ridge Parkway - often dubbed as "America's Favorite Drive" - is in close proximity and provides breathtaking scenic views. These views become particularly spectacular during autumn when the leaves transform into vibrant hues.
History and culture enthusiasts have plenty to explore in Boone as well.
