The Home
Visit our beautiful pool home, perfectly set up for two families. Our home is designer decorated with upgraded tiled bathrooms and wood floors. There are two cal-king master bedrooms with ensuites. The remaining rooms are a queen bed and a children’s room with full over full bunk beds. These rooms share a hallway bathroom. All the rooms have 46+ TVs. Spacious living room with a queen pull-out. The open-concept kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating for all.
There is a pack ’n play, a single stroller, a double stroller, a highchair & booster seat for your infants and toddlers. The game room has a STIGA ping pong table and cubbies with toys and games. The family room has a 60′ TV, DVD player, and cable with Disney Channel & Time Warner’s top 200+ channels. Hi-Speed wireless internet is included. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- No Smoking Quiet Time Hours: 10 pm - 9 am
- No going over the Max Occupancy at anytime
- No outside music, screaming, or yelling
- No street parking - Parking is only permitted in our driveway or approved space
