3 Peaks Lodge has three bedrooms but also has one additional private sleeping area.

Come and enjoy this lovely mountain home! Perched atop a mountain near Valle Crucis, kick back and enjoy the stunning views from this charming cabin.
The main level features a living room with soaring cathedral ceilings, leather furnishings, stone gas log fireplace, and a TV with DVD/CD player. The dining room table seats six, with room for two more at a kitchen counter. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances; granite counters, and is equipped with everything you would need to prepare anything from an afternoon snack to a feast for the whole group.
There are two bedrooms and a bath on the main level. Each bedroom has a bedroom with a Queen bed, and the bathroom has a tub/shower. There is also a laundry closet off the bedroom wing.
Upstairs there is a spacious master suite with a King bed, a crib, and a private bathroom with a tiled tub/shower and a double vanity.
Downstairs there is a game room with a pool table (with optional ping-pong table topper). A bedroom with a set of twin bunks is off this room, and the bunks can be lowered into two twin beds or kept as bunks. There is also access to the lower deck with the hot tub and a glider rocker. Also on this level is a spacious entertainment room, with two large couches, room for children to play with the provided toys, and a TV with DVD & VHS, surround sound system, and a selection of movies. A full bathroom with stone tiled shower is off this room, newly added in early 2013.
Enjoy the sumptuous views from the upper and the lower decks. Grill a feast on the gas grill on the upper deck, relax at the outdoor table or in the Adirondacks, or soak in the hot tub on the lower deck.
Perfectly located just outside of Boone in the gated Laurel Ridge community, this lovely new cabin is sure to charm its way into your heart!

CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
• PLEASE NOTE: This home is accessed by a steep gravel road and driveway. It is plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are recommended year around and are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access the property in winter months. Low-riding vehicles are NOT advised year-round.
• Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
• This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs that are 20 pounds or less OR a cat if it is a neutered male, with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax.
• Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
• Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
• No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
• Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
• No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
