Locazione turistica n. 027042-LOC-12001 This apartment is located in the so-called “Centrale Mazzoni” building, a well-known architectural work of recovery of the former thermal power plant built by the architect-engineer of the Minister of Communications during the Fascist period, between 1933 and 1937. It is a 80 square meters apartment with a large terrace on the fourth floor. Lift is available. It consists of a living area and a sleeping area with three bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) and two bathrooms with shower. The apartment is equipped with heating and cooling, sofa bed, Led TV, wifi, hairdryer, kitchen equipped with oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Centrale Mazzoni is a 5 minute walk from the railway station and 7 minute from Piazzale Roma. The closest water bus stop is called “Ferrovia”, from which Line 1 takes you to Rialto Bridge, San Marco and Lido. To get to Marco Polo airport you can take both the bus and the taxi from Piazzale Roma. Besides, it takes only 5 minutes to reach the Guglie area, the Ghetto and Fondamenta Cannaregio, where many bars and excellent local restaurants. The check-in is made possible from 3pm to 7pm. Later check-in is also possible, by prior agreement and with a small extra payment. At check-in you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of € 5 per night per person.
